Title	Duty	Why do you want this position?
Transport Coordinator	Ideally this person would have a list of contacts and volunteers who could help with transports, and would have time to participate in several online transport list-serves.
Transportation Volunteer	This person would do the transport of the dogs when necessary.
Foster Home Recruiter/Coordinator	This person would recruit folks to foster dogs, perhaps by speaking in public about the need, and would also coordinate foster homes, temporary placements, and the like. S/he'd also need to be good at doing home checks.
Foster Home Volunteer	This person would have the foster dog in their home until they can be re-homed.
Dog Evaluation	This person would evaluate Shibas in shelters and homes in order to ensure the dog is matched to the right home.
Home Visit Coordinator	Coordinate home visits for adoption applicants.
Home Visit Volunteer	Visit homes and complete Home Screening form.
Internet/Listserve Representative	Responsible for monitoring the listserves, Petfinder.com, and the like, to spot Shibas in need within the area.
Fundraising Committee Chair	Organize events and volunteers to raise funds for SRGTA.
Special Events Coordinator	Could work with, or be same as, fundraising chair.
Volunteer Coordinator/Recruiter	This one would work closely with all the folks above, and would also coordinate volunteer needs at special events organized by SRGTA. S/he would find volunteers for all the above folks, maintain contact info and update it with some regularity.
Media Outreach person	Someone who could work on getting articles placed about responsible pet ownership, backyard breeders, etc; who could return press calls promptly; who could speak for the organization if need be; who would monitor any print or broadcast stories pertaining to dogs, rescue, shibas, etc.
Administrative person	Someone to file the taxes, handles the paperwork, pay bills, maintain the checking account, and things of that nature.
Marketing	A marketing person to develop shiba related products that can be sold to support SRGTA
